These Terms govern your use of ServiceBoard, a software-as-a-service product operated by Polarix Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
ServiceBoard provides field service management software: scheduling, dispatch, technician mobile access, customer records, and invoicing. We deliver the service as it is described in the product and on this site, and we work to keep it available and performing reasonably.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secret, and for the actions of users you invite to your organization. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own the data you put into ServiceBoard. We process it on your behalf to run the service. You can export your data at any time via the product's export tools or by contacting support.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Don't use ServiceBoard to break the law, to attack our infrastructure, or to send unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers at risk.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polarix Labs LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes by email or in the product before they take effect.
